We have relationships with lenders and banks that we can put you in touch with who know the Pickleman's brand.
We provide our franchisees with assistance in location the site(s) for Pickleman's, suggestions and help negotiating a lease for the site of your restaurant and coordinating construction and development of your Pickleman's.
We offer Multi-Unit and Area Development Programs in many states throughout the United States. A three-store minimum is required in locations where Pickleman's does not have a presence. To find out where our current target franchise markets are, check out the Franchising Development Map.
The Pickleman's training program is scheduled for approximately 3 weeks in Columbia, MO. The initial training program will most likely take place at an existing Pickleman's restaurant in the Columbia, Missouri area for a period of approximately 3 weeks. Pickleman's does not charge for the initial training program for you and 1 designated manager, but you are responsible for wages, travel, and living expenses for you and your employees during training.
However, Pickleman's does require purchase of approved products to maintain continuity and quality from store to store. Our approved national distributors deliver these products.
Multi-Unit Area Development programs are available. A designated number of Pickleman's and a designated area are agreed upon with scheduled time-line for unit openings.
Your franchise agreement can be renewed at $5,000.00 per Pickleman's in five-year increments after the initial 10-year agreement has expired. Royalty fees are 6% of the gross income and are paid weekly. Advertising fees are 2% of the gross income and are paid weekly as well.
Typically you can expect to spend anywhere from $210,600-$316,000. This figure includes your franchise fee, build-out, equipment, marketing, and most other expenditures you incur for you Pickleman's. Total opening costs vary depending on location, size of the Pickleman's, and necessary build-out costs. Some areas of the country are also higher due to economics of the area.
